Questions and Answers

This project will help man prepare for the future. We are quickly using up the Earth's space. In just 40 years our population will almost double. We are at over 6 billion population now and the max capacity of this world is around 8 to 9 billion. By preparing, cultivating, and terraforming Mars, we will prepare to settle the red planet.

How would it possibly work?
Currently there are many method we can use. One possible way is to some how melt the ice on Mars with a giant lens or by injecting some chemicals into the atmophere of Mars. Then, the water will soon create plants which in turn might create a environment capable of living in. This long process might be speeded up by our future technology. This is only one method. Other methods will be posted.

How would this would effect our lives on earth?
This will in a way also help our lives on Earth if we do in fact settle Mars. Our huge population problem will be solved.

Who would pay for this costly operation of Terraforming and cultivating Mars?
No one really knows yet. My guesses are a joint project of the world all helping to pay.

Why do it?
As said before our population problem is becoming more and more of an issue. This will help solve the issue once we cultivate Mars and then send settlers. We then may be capable of actually sending parts of our population there.
